Angry The strangest mail ever???

This was the reply I got today from Demon Internet in response a mail I sent them on 19/10/2005

So they responded saying they can't respond, and it took 10 weeks for them to respond saying they can't?

The issue was they sent me invoices for one amount and took a DD fro a higher amount stating the account was in debit, but I pay for by DD so can't understand why it had a debit balance and moreover if it did, why not state that on the invoice? I think it's terrible they can invoice you for one amount and just take a completely different amount from your bank account!

Don't get me started on Demon's recent performance and rate of reply to emails.

I stopped using them over 2 years ago, and only just got things sorted out with them last week

John.
