I was looking for garage door locks and came across these autolok stoppa things,check out there web page. I e-mailed them for the adress of my nearest supplier, and they sell direct at quite a discount.below a digest of there e-mail.

Looks like a reasonable product. Alternatively, what I've done is drill holes in the lower section of the Garage door runners on either side and placed BIG padlocks on the inside. Prevents the door from being lifted unless they literally fold the thing in half (As recommended by my locksmith)

Actually I guess this method is only applicable if you have another door into your garage from house/rear of garage as I do.
