Beef at christmas?? how do you have yours
Just thought i,d have a festive poll
as the header, how do you like your beef??
I used to be a well done die hard, however after spending 2 years visiting germany, found out that the concept of well done is virtually non exsistant,
medium rare, was the norm, so now i have medium rare quite happily
so how do you lot like yours??

I'm off to my cousin's on Xmas day for my rib of beef din dins...he recently bought 1/2 a cow, butchered of course, and wazzed it in the chest freezer. he took a smaller joint out last weekend for a roast to see what it was like, afterwards, he sent me a text, that said " this meat is so f'kin tender, on XMas day you can leave your teeth at home"
How tuirkey has become the traditional Xmas dinner is beyond me..its messy to eat, usually bone dry, and cannot hold a flame to a goose, or a nice beef or lamb joint.
