I have recently been receiving "irritating" anonymous calls from a mobile phone at any hour of the day,the last one being at 2:30 am this morning.
The caller never speaks and never answers when i call back, but is now feeling brave enough to send their 1st abusive text message.

I don't want to go to the police because i dont want to waste their time on something trivial however id like to trace the person the phone is registered to and stand behind them and call them,simply saying "I CAN SEE YOU".


My number is fairly new and not something i give out to anyone,but i have "played the field" a little this year so that opens the door to an ex's new man to get my number and feel brave because they think i wont find them.
Its from a Vodaphone account because the answerphone says so,so that rules out these pointless canvessers who call and hang up.

Any ideas because its getting boring now & im keen to end it without having to change my number.

I had thought of printing up some cards with their number on offering sexual services in every phone box within 50 miles.
But i'd like to catch them first,is there anything i can do(preferably legal)

I just received a message stating im "dead meat",i actually laughed when i read it.
Dead Meat? nobody said that since i was 9 yrs old!

I've obviously been targeted by the local bmx boys,drenching them with enormous puddle tidal waves seemed so funny at the time.

Aren't some mobile numbers re-cycled though? When I first got my phone, I got all sorts of weird people asking for this one guy and then someone told me that my number may have belonged to someone else. It might be true, it might not be!
