Bloody Double Chin!!
I've recently lost about 1.5 stone in weight through general good diet and exercise. I'm now at a relatively healthy 12.5 stone (6 ft tall).
But heres the downside....i can't shift the last remaining bit of fat around my jaw line!! and its driving me stupid.
Don't want to lose any more weight as i'm now toning up whats left. How can i shift the remains of my double chin...without surgery.
Anybody know of any good facial exercises or toning creams(girly i know)to get rid of it??

You can't spot burn fat.
Exercising one part of your body will not burn fat specifically from that part. You may be able to tone and tighten it but buggered if i know how.

Do you remember the rubber band machines women used to put their rear ends into and it would vibrate away. Try buying one on ebay attach it to the ceiling and then insert your chin. Sit down and let the machine do the work
