Default Bloody Double Chin!!

I've recently lost about 1.5 stone in weight through general good diet and exercise. I'm now at a relatively healthy 12.5 stone (6 ft tall).

But heres the downside....i can't shift the last remaining bit of fat around my jaw line!! and its driving me stupid.

Don't want to lose any more weight as i'm now toning up whats left. How can i shift the remains of my double chin...without surgery.

Anybody know of any good facial exercises or toning creams(girly i know)to get rid of it??

can usually do wonders for the face.

Failing that, turning Japanese does the trick for me!

By the way, that's not me laughing at you, just laughing in general helps tighten the face

Lack of jaw exercise...eat more

I developed a bit of a chin when I put on a bit of weight....improving your posture and holding your head high tends to keep it less noticable (although makes me look like a pompus ***** )

You can't spot burn fat.

Exercising one part of your body will not burn fat specifically from that part. You may be able to tone and tighten it but buggered if i know how.

There is some excercises you can do to help tighten the jaw line, but have no idea how to describe them to you.

Doesn't Preparation H tighten the skin? Isn't that what all the beauty queens use on their faces before big shows?

Do you remember the rubber band machines women used to put their rear ends into and it would vibrate away. Try buying one on ebay attach it to the ceiling and then insert your chin. Sit down and let the machine do the work

Grow a goatee, that always works.....

Perhaps chew some chewing gum.

I am just over six foot and about sixteen stone but only have the one chin, weird isnt it ?
