Anyone thinking of signing up with this lot - BEWARE
Ask yourself - why do they not offer a one month contract like so many ther ISP's? Because you would leave after one month.
They are **** and you can not get hold of ayone to resolve issues.
I left them 3 months ago and still get bills and can not speak to anyone to stop them.
They do not reply to letters (six of them) or emails (at least 30) and their phone line always has a 2 hour queue. Ty it if you are considering signing up- call 0800 404 8151 and no one will answer for hours - unless you are signing up then they answer immidiately but can not help with anything other than sales.
They were on BBC Watchdog a few weeks back.
I am taking them to court as this is the only way I can communicate with them.
Still not sure - search for Bulldog at www.adslguide.org.uk
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE TO$$ERS

I just left Tiscali as they were expensive and never upgraded the line speed, stuck on 512kb for ages. Moved to Bulldog, seamless switch over and 4Mb line then next day. Can't fault them.

I use Plusnet at £14.99 month. No probs and good customer service so far.
If anyone wants me to introduce them to Plus I get a 50p monthly reduction. So just let me know if your paying too much and I'll send you the details.

Once I ahd my line set up its great and works very well and was upgraded to 8Mb FOC but I must agreed the customer service is very poor. Lines always engaged and around 3 week response times to emails and lots of billing ***** ups.
They don't seem very organised which is a shame as the product itself is very good.
