I'm afraid with your car you will always be a target

No doubt some jobsworth will pick you up on it at some point. Most probably you will be mostly left alone...one hopes

Such a simple one.

Wanna be left alone - put the correct format numberplate on.
Wanna take the change of being nicked - have it any way other than standard.

What's the car btw? A lexus?

I used to get loads and loads of hassle for a similar crime I have M4 TFX and used to have it as M4T FX I got so sick of the hassle along with the attitude and aggro from the police that I bought a new plate which doesn't need spacing

I'm no legal eagle but that plate looks ok to me....

Very true, i've had loads of problems with number plates in the past, Sara that is still illegal, and if plod wants to be funny there'll still stop you all the time, also do your insurance company know you've got a personnel plate, because unless you tell them, if your car was to get stolen or written off, when they pay you out, they retain the rights to your number plate.

I almost bought some when they first appeared. Glad I didn't bother now.

You would probably get a good price for them on Ebay or somesuch.

I agree with uncle....if you don't like them now is a good time to get rid. At least some poeple are still buying them

I'm not keen on my standard clusters. I had orange on lights, and I've yet to save up for clear clusters at the rear

would it not look better as a standard shape plate with a slightly larger gap for the V?

I know still illegal but less chance to get stopped imho
