Default stopped in the middle of a bend using her mobile!

Could not believe it. Coming down this sweeping right hand bend and a black Golf stopped in the middle of the lane, not pulled into the curb. I pull up behind as traffic coming the other way. I am thinking of offering assistance when i see her pick up he mobile and start to dial.

This is a fast and potentially dangerous stretch of road, on a bend, quite tight so's you could not easy see traffic coming until you pull out to pass an obstruction.

Fecking fool!

That's nothing!

I once went over a hump backed bridge to find two stupid women had stopped,on the downslope, to look at the nice horses in the field.

I once overtook a guy on the M40 southbound near the M25 reading the paper - bad enough, but it was a bloody broadsheet!
