this weekend ive mostly been roasting pork
14 hrs cooking time
106lbs
crackling
lovely
naff all sleep
pics below
start cooking at 00.30 sat am
14.30 hrs
ready to eat
tucking in
was for a mates private road party
used approx 45 kg of coals
well worth staying up all night
