SE K750i -> Change The Software?

SE K750i -> Change The Software?
Earlier today my sister took delivery of a new K750i on the Vodafone network.
On my recommendation (I've had a K750i for over a month now, also on the Vodafone network) she chose to upgrade her current phone to the K750i.
Strangely Vodafone appear to have crippled her phone with their own version of the software. It's horrible, and no-where near as intuitive to use as that which is on my phone.
So, does anybody know how I could go about wiping her phone of the software which is currently on it, and then replace it with the software which is on mine?
