Tomorrow my parents and I are going on holiday in the Lakes and are staying in a B&B in Coniston.

We are staying there for 5 nights then we are going up to Northumberland for a few days as we have never been. whilst we are there we are going to go and see the angel of the north, go and see Newcastle amongst other things.

Ill take some pics as usual and ill try not to let the scoob get in the pictures but im sure it will

Where abouts in Northumberland are you staying?? I come from there, my Mam still lives up there. Hope you have a good time though, nice place.

We have not booked a place to stay in Northumberland, we will find a B&B somewhere.

We usually go to the Lakes every May time and stay in the Landale valley, but this year we did not know what we where doing untill a good month and a half ago. Then we decided.

Northumberland covers a wide area, I'm from the north part near Alnwick, where Harry Potter was filmed lol, I went to school there (not Hogwarts b4 any1 says it!!!). http://www.alnwickcastle.com/, and theres the gardens.


Loads of nice villages and towns to go to, I've got heaps of pics of the Angel Of The North while it was first being put up, but now I find it boring when it's on your door step lol, all the castles are nice to go to and there are some really nice places to stay. http://www.lindisfarne.org.uk/, another nice place to go to.

You want to maybes do a search for some places to stay in Northumberland as I know everywhere up there is quite busy now what with school holidays etc.
