A tale of good customer service

Laptop screen packed up last Sunday - i have a 1 year RTB warranty
Dell arranged to have it collected Monday am - it was duly collected by a miserable git from DHL.
Bell rings 09:30 Wednesday morning - same miserable git(not so miserable this time) but with my repaired laptop!

No bloody bad considering it went back to Ireland to be fixed.

Was the original laptop repaired or was it simply replaced by a new/nearly new item?

Thats lucky, my laptop was in for 2 months for a graphics card I got a free 2 year nbd warranty tho
