Have i been pulled?
Coming home from town today on the A19 (70 limit) i am in the outside lane maybe doing 80-85 overtaking some cars, then i go back in to the middle lane when i have passed and then over to the left hand lane (didnt indicate, didnt check mirrors). Then when pulling off onto the slip road i notice a copper in one of the ML Merc things looking over his shoulder at me whilst still on the A19 as if to say 'watch your speed'.
Now because i wasnt really using my mirrors much (dont really tend to on the motorway unless overtaking) i dont know how long he was following me or if he has pulled me for speeding or driving without due care and attention or something because i didnt indicate.
What is the likelihood i will get done for something here??

i'd say that if they wanted to pull you, they would have, if they didnt flash or indicate for you to stop then they can't have been that bothered. They would have given you a ticket there and then if neccessary, you wont just get one through the post unless its from a camera

Ive always wondered how people get pulled for speeding on motorways... Im always aware of any car anywhere in sight normally, if it looks suspicious (i.e. Volvo or Omega) then I'll slow right down

Weird how we all focussed on the 'poor' motorway driving and not the speed in that case.
I was always told that the rear view mirror is as least as important as the view in front when driving on the motorway.
My instructor said that you should be so aware of what is happening behind that when you want to overtake you really don't 'need' to look in the mirror to check as you already know you can pull out.
