Petrol (shell?) stations NEAR M-Way junctions - group/member contribution required!
No-one likes filling up at rip-off Motorway service stations, especially with the extortionate cost of the 'ol jungle juice these days 
So if everyone names a Motorway and junction that has a petrol station very near it (no more than a min or two drive away) and you can easily get back on the motorway after filling up then it would be quite handy
I'll start with..
M1 J15 - Down the dual carriageway towards N'pton is a Shell garage with normal prices and lots of Optimax pumps.
Next please!

M6 J23.
Heading north, Shell garage (with Optimax the last time I looked) right in front of you at the bottom of the slip road. Going south, quick lap of the roundabout will sort you out.

It's only 1 minute from the motorway on the Marlow road towards High Wycombe.

M25 J13,
Come off the Motorway and head towards Egham on the A30 (You have to get on the southbound slip as if you are going on the motorway again, but stick to the left and you'll be on the A30)
Evenutally after the big circular section you'll come to the Runnymede roundabout, take the first exit, total garage on the left. For SUL/Shell, take the second exit and go down the bypass, first exit off the roundabout and there is a shell at normal prices.

Total station just off the motorway island. Don't know whether there's SUL there. Havent a clue where the nearest Shell is, although theres a BP (Ultimate?) about a mile towards Wolverhampton.
All in all not terribly useful for Scoob owners!!

Take A34 towards Birmingham - Shell garage on righthand side close to M/way junction. A34 is dual carriageway so U turn is needed (at 1st right turn), also mind the speed camera

M1 Junction 35a/36 - Shell Station at Tankersley or Hoyland (both 1 minute away)
M1 Junction 31 - Shell Station at Anston crossroads on A57 (to Worksop) - 2 minutes from M1
Also a Shell station at the services between M1 J31 and 30

M4 J11 - head north towards reading at the junc roundabout. Get in the right hand lane, after 100 metres road forks right, straight on at the traffic lights, shell garage on your right (24hr)
M11 J7 - Head west towards Harlow, shell station a short way along dual carriageway on the left hand side of the road
Of course you could use shell.co.uk and look them up there

A1(M) Jct 9 - Shell station about half a mile down the road to Letchworth, or..........

M20 Junction 4.
Shell Ham Hill is about 1 mile left if you are going coast bound and right (obviously) if you are London bound.
M20 Junction 10
24 Hour Tesco's up towards Sellindge. Left if Coast bound, Right if London bound

M4 Junction 15 Swindon East, Shell selling Optimax, but if I were you I'd fill up there anywhere between junctions 13 and 19, cos the ones on the motorway are a rip off.

M53 Junction 10 and head towards Cheshire Oaks, there's a Sainburys (who supposedly re-sell optimax if some threads here are to be believed)
M53 J5 and follow the A41 towards Birkenhead and there's a Shell garage with optimax.
