Default Lost car keys - what a dumb f**k i am!!!

I have lost my only set of keys for my Vauxhall that has been sat on my drive!!!
and now i am knackered.

What options are there open to me????

can i get a new set cut somehow!

Is it a newish Vauxhall? You may be able to order some new keys through Vauxhall if so (and you have the Key number etc in the manuals), but they are not going to show up anytime soon. Otherwise I suspect you may have to replace all the locks - Ouch!

Its an M reg and i wont replace the locks as the damn car is only worth around 250 quid tops - f**king *****!!

Don't Vauxhall cut to the chassis number? Worth a try.

Just rung them!!!

if i have the security card they can re-order me one but it depends if it has the imobilizer built in - i know the later ones do but i am not sure.

it is not a remote central locking but just put the key in and open type.

either way i can see it costing me at least £50

ps Are your keys more safe in a pair of old shoes than say on your sideboard
