If you are a hypochondriac do not read up about Raynaud's syndrome, e.g. here.

Raynauds is possible, usually affects hands though
If cold all over could be under active thyroid.
If you are >40,smoke etc etc could be poor circulation

Could be you're just the way you are!!

Medicine over the internet is just a guide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get Raynauds in my index fingers during the winter, it looks and feels really odd.

I am a really cold person too.

Try exercise on a regular basis and see if that helps.

I'm always really warm , but have freezing hands, feet and nose - and not long had a check up and everythings fine!

You could always try these...

Have you had your thyroid function tested? Feeling cold can be a result of an under-active thyroid. Your GP can do a blood test for you if you have other symptoms - always tired, bad skin (eczema), etc.
