Default Portable DVD players

Required to keep Dunk jnr occupied in the car on long journeys. Don't want to spend a lot as it's bound to take a pasting.
Needs to be multi region, 12v compatible, shake free for normal driving & have as bigger screen as poss.

Found this:

but don't want to pay that much, any ideas for alternatives or non branded equivalents ?

I have one of these.
Plays absolutley everything I have thrown at it and doesnt have the hinged screen which could be a potential weak area in the others.

a pic of it

There is a battery pack that screws on to the bottom of it too. It adds about 50mm to the height of it and you get a good 3 hours out of it.

The tablet looks dudey, I'd want the unit to be totally portable so I don't really want the dedicated in car system.

Any others ?

D,

After considerable research by me, my girlfriend has just ordered a Shinco DVD player with the 7" screen. Great reviews everywhere on it. We are getting ours from firebox and are expecting delivery any day now. Bout £150.

Cheers,
Nige.
