A question for Docs...

....if you are a cold person ie your always cold is that normal for people to be like that or is there something that can treat it?

eg, having cold feet all the time even wearing 3 pairs of socks!

Thanks for any help

No doc, but could be poor circulation.

If you are a hypochondriac do not read up about Raynaud's syndrome, e.g. here.

Raynauds is possible, usually affects hands though
If cold all over could be under active thyroid.
If you are >40,smoke etc etc could be poor circulation

Could be you're just the way you are!!

Medicine over the internet is just a guide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get Raynauds in my index fingers during the winter, it looks and feels really odd.

I am a really cold person too.

Try exercise on a regular basis and see if that helps.

Have you had your thyroid function tested? Feeling cold can be a result of an under-active thyroid. Your GP can do a blood test for you if you have other symptoms - always tired, bad skin (eczema), etc.
