Constantine
Preview evening tonight @ VUE in Cribbs Causeway.
Reeves was a little dry in this one but...
Excellent fx
Some good twists that I missed to start with.
and a nice Bird no **** though.

i thought it was an engrossing film, good effects, well put together. Not an out and out classic, but very very good no less. Oh, and yes it had some tense moments.

Gabriel, Balthazar and big D stole the show!
Keanu was his usual self - passable but by no means great.
(At least he's doesn't make ya wanna vomit like DiCrappio)

It seemed unfinished to me and the characters lacked any real depth(fat priest, bowling guy and taxi driver, also the evil half-breed could have been much more involved).I was hoping for more action but enjoyed it all the same.

I enjoyed it more than I expected - not usually a fan of the comic book to movie things (other than batman 1/2 - and infact new batman looks amazing!!) but liked Constantine. Interesting all the way through - no boring bits, and good action.

Thought it was good, the guy who played the Devil was really good. Rather than the classic image they did something a bit different and he was really menacing. Apart from the fact that he occasionally sounded like Papa Lazarou from The League of Gentlemen! "You're my wife now, Dave!"

Just watched it last night, to be honest got a bit confused with Gabriel a bit.
Thought it was pretty good nontheless, the Angel effects were breathtaking.
Is it wrong to think about "giving one" to an angel??
