Getting Mr. Freeman to look at this case would cost you more than the fine for the due care and the fine for the red light as well as the hike in insurance premiums all put together. In fact his first consultation would probably cost more!!! He is exceptionally good if there was a problem with procedure but he cannot get you off if you actually did it!! I'm presuming it was either a traffic light camea or a patrol that got you, if so i'd just take it on the chin as a lesson learned mate.

No traffic light is 3 points, due care is between 3 and 9pps, or a discretionary disqualification.

You have pm.

Ask the CPS if they would be prepared to drop the CD10(driving without due care) for a guilty red light.

Edited to say - must be Mr Plod caught you as IIRC you can't be prosecuted for due care on photo evidence.

Sounds like you deserve to be disqualified for 12 months and take a re-test, as you clearly are a danger to other drivers, muppet.
