To my mind, if someone attacks someone they have every right to seek retribution ..... if you pick on the most powerful country in the world then expect to suffer - these terrorists should be sorted out by their own people (or its left to others to do the dirty work)

I said NOTHING about Iraq! Afgantistan was hit for 9/11 - Iraq was hit because Saddam said that he had WMD and would use them!
They are both seperate!

Why don't you give me some evidence then. The Taliban certainly had no connection with events in America. Bin Laden may have been connected somehow with those that planned 9/11 but there's no evidence I've seen actually showing he planned the attack. He took credit it for it after the event but he also gladly accepted everything else the Americans gave him credit for because it only made him look more important. He only started using the name 'Al Qaeda' after the Americans created it for him. This great worldwide network that Osama is supposed to control is a myth.
