You might need to upload some new software from ebay. This automatically becomes an option when listing. Perhaps your firewall won't allow it?
I listed an item last night without problem, and there are no announcements about it. It would be commercial suicide for them to withdraw the picture hosting facility.

no option to download the new bit of software.
However, swticing off the addblocker and deleting all temp internet files and cookies does resolve the issue. Weird, but working again!!
There's quite few postings on the forum about it now. Ironicly if I used ebay.com the option was always there, just not there when using .co.uk.

I've often thought of setting up a web page to show item pictures and just link it to my sale.
Is this a good idea do you think, and secondly,is there any way to set it up so that you can upload pics off a digi camera straight into the web page?

Yes paul as long as you have webspace of your own.
I use "gallery" a cgi script / program
http://cgi.ashlyn.plus.com/gallery/albums.php
there's a link to their website in the corner of the front page..
Once set up you just go to the site, login and upload direct from the page.. all nicely organises the pics for you too.
