American Chopper (the programme, not a visitor)
A Sausage butty

A finger of fudge, (Cadburys, as opposed to cheapo bog paper)

A Perfect day I think you will aggree !

Still feel crap, really crap, alternating hot/cold, sneezing, sort throat, skin crawling but you know what, it was worth it, I feel selfish for not going in and blessing my colleagues with this fine virus.

Is it just me or is life way to hectic, no time to really indulge yourself ?

Rounded the perfect day off with a mug of Horlicks made with full cream milk (I am in a dietary tailspin here !), damn good stuff that, I have also ingested enough Beechams Night Nurse to put a moderately sized Shire-Horse under for a week, that stuff is wicked, I have a bottle of Absinthe and the flavour is very similar but the texture is much better, like medicinal napalm.

It may be a while before I post again.........

and go to your local takeaway and tell them to make it fresh not a few months old lamb curry or chicken even

a fresh curry with loadsa chillies, turmeric, green chilli and red chilli trust me, u will **** out the cold u will sweat all night and feel better tomorrow promise or your curry back

I find the drowsy benylin stuff is wicked at knocking you out. Trouble is when I'm ill as fek and wandering around the highstreet all I can find is the bloody NON drowsy one...I mean come on, what good is that?
