Another drink driving sprog
this isn't the same as the one a few weeks ago, is it? I thought the other was male.

Am I the only one to read
"A 13-year-old girl who was caught drink-driving has been sentenced to a 12-month supervision order...Newbury magistrates also banned the girl, from the West Berkshire area, who was 12 when it happened, from driving for two years. "
...and think the 2-year ban is a bit ?

How does it work if you get banned before you have passed your test?

IMHO, a kid who has done this is out of control, and doeasn't need a supervision order, she needs locking up.
Unfortunately, magistrates can't lock up anyone under 18 without the say-so, in writing, of social services, stating that it's in the child's best interests
And at present, hell will freeze over first!

I blame the parents. Apparently they were give the yob alcopop drinks. When it got bored it decided to drive to a friend's house.
It's the chav scum parents that want locking up.
