Accident Advice Helpline or similar ???
Has anybody used these people or anyone similar???
Ive just received the forms to complete and in the pack is a credit agreement for £1800 @ 15.7% APR. Im a bit worried this isnt normal practice for a supposed NO WIN - NO FEE company.
I questioned the credit agreement and there is another insurance policy they want me to take out which costs £525 and this insurance apparantely pays the £1800 incase of a NO WIN situation.
There are also costs of abot £500-£600 which the accident helpline charge which will come out of any compensation paid. Is this amount normal?
Anyone used these people? Or can anyone recommend someone they have used?
I really dont want to stitch myself up with unnecessary loans/insurance policies that will come back and bite me on the *** :|
Cheers for your help

Dont sign it! You need a solicitor not a 'claim managment' company. Start with the APIL and take it from there.
