My Orange contract is up next month & would also be interested in peoples opinions.

Had appalling network coverage from '3' in the past so would be too nervous of a repeat to go back to them.

3 haven't been too bad lately. They do give good VFM with their contract packages but I don't need this poxy massive video phone, I don't use any of that video crap.

I must just add that I ordered a phone from mobilephonesdirect yesterday on behalf of my brother & it arrived this morning. There was a query on the delivery address (sending to work) which they sorted without trouble & even phoned back to confirm delivery the next day. Top service

O2 are brill in my opinion. Never had a signal prob or anything, and they have good tariffs too
Been on orange contract but came off as soon as it was up cos they were awful in all ways, especially when i tried to cancel with them after my 12 months.
Had a couple of mates that were on 3 and both gave up with it after 2 months cos of no signal anywhere, think one of them is still paying the line rental though!
My bro is on vodafone and doesnt have a prob either
Hope this helps.

Another 2 votes for O2 (me & wifey) - we live in the sticks and now probs with coverage.
Service provider (S*&%"!point) aboslutely shockingly poor

Shame, as O2 themselves are great

Orange, like any other company, are fine when all is going well ...... its when you have issues to deal with that the true colours show!

I have been with Orange from day 1, and, up until a month ago I would have sung their praises ...... but, a problem phone and they don't want to know

They were the best once in Customer Service ........ I can tell you now, ORANGE are TERRIBLE!!

Been with Orange since 95 but their attitude to Customer services in the last few years has changed and now i would recommend you to avoid Orange.

O2 even though I had the following problem....
Christmas 2003 and my girl buys a contract phone for me as a Chrsitmas present in her name. I place my Pay-as-you-Go number on it. 12 months go by. Great service, no problems. Christmas 2004. Want to place the contract in my name. No can do. So, I've had to put the number back onto PAYG and THEN back onto contract. Why bother? The deals O2 do suit me down to the ground. The phones are unlocked and don't come with stickers ala Orange so that when it comes to sell it on Ebay you are open to as many buyers as possible.

Been with Vodafone for over 8 yrs now, after having terrible problems with cellnet.
Ive looked to change recently but have found that i still get a better deal from Vodafone.

Was nearly tempted to go with Orange, but then all of a sudden there seemed to be a lot of bad stories floating about. So stayed put.

Happy With Vodafone here !
