Default Protein Sources

Where would a vegetarian, who is on a strict diet of no eggs, no meat, no seafood, get his source of protein from in his diet?

beans and rice. these combine to make a complete amino acid profile.

milk is another option assuming you can have this.

other than that, you'd probably need to supplement with casine protein.

you'll really struggle if you're a carb-sensitive endomorph who's trying to cutting tho, as the bulk of your protein is going to be high in carbs too.

More generically - pulses and grains combine to make a complete protein source... in fact it is a 'purer' (i.e. greater %age of useable) form of protein than meat
