I saw a bloke in Asda (Swindon) on monday with:
CUT - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - HERE
Written round the front of his throat, well above the collar line.
In his defence he did look like an utter pikey scumbag though...

Worst tattoo that I frequently see is a bloke who wanders round Bedford town centre - he's had his entire shaved head and face done in black leopard print styleee
