Default solar powered 12v car battery charger

ya know the type that sits on ya dash and keeps batery topped up



any cheap ones about? can they be made easily?


looking on ebay there around 20 quid

Maplins have these on offer every few months for £15. Might be worth a wait.

This reminds me when i was in some car spares shop a while ago. Some bird had brought one back swearing her head off that it didn't work as she came back from Holiday and her battery was flat. She called the sales assistant every name under the sun before he asked "where was it parked?" She replied "in my gararge" At this point she got shown the door and told to **** off

fookin hell i searched maplin online too lol


hmn well i have a old car that battery gos flat if not used for a week so was hoping to get one soon

My Mini is garaged, so I use a Draper Power Master to keep mine topped up.

Don't think it costs too much to run - the old man hasn't complained about the leccy bills yet!!

yer but this motor is left ina car park so a power lead all acroos the road wouldnt be apropiate lol
