should be square shaped protrusion at top/bottom one side or tother radiator -turn anticlockwise until water comes out slightly then do up clockwise 1/2 turn (when pump is on and system is hot)

did your coat flood the kitchen or was it the coathanger that flooded the kitchen. what was your wardrobe and computer doing in the kitchen anyway - have you no bedrooms?

It's fairly obvious that his coat pockets were either full of water in bags maybe, and on impact with the floor, they exploded flooding the kitchen.

Or, when the coat hanger fell onto the ground, it bounced into a water pipe, piercing a hole in it and flooding the kitchen.

Why the wardrobe or the pc were in the kitchen I don't know but as they most obviously were, then I can imagine the water level rising, which lifted the wardrobe until it toppled forward smashing into the pc.

Why it should continually do this is what is the biggest mystery though.

I think if you moved the wardrobe away from the pc, maybe into another room, then this wouldn't continue to happen. It's clear the 2 items cannot be trusted to get on together.

Do let us know how you get on if you go down this route.

Call me stupid but if you've got radiators and pipes have'nt you got central heating. If you burn coal have you bought different coal because it's like petrol for the cars it's diffrent grades some will give off more heat than others.Bleed your radiators, check the bars under the fire and clean all the ash and slag out.

Just a note about when you bleed (let the air out) the radiators. Ensure that the heating is not on & the boiler is cool or cold. Bleeding the rads when the boiler is hot will cause cold water to go straight into the boiler & possibly crack it.
