Starting a new religion
I've just been reading a list of exemptions for council tax. If the building is church owned or a religious building you don't have to pay council tax.
Any ideas how to start up a new religion. Something Subaru related would be good!

How about : L'Eglise de Pierre de Saint Louis?
It requires much faith, little proof and asks many questions which it cannot answer.
Like most religions, so it should work!

If a crap SF author can manage it, I'm sure you can.
Just make up some random scriptures and claim they're gospel, then stand outside the council offices preaching so that they've heard of your religion by the time they send the balifs round.
