Senior AP is actually being quite restrained here....the M1 stretch he's talking about - I quite agree....although blaring over a loudspeaker might convey the message better!!!!

How about a large high powered truck with a hydraulic piledriver built into the side of it?
It would simply need to move along side the c***s that hog the middle lane, check that the inside lane is clear then *FIRE* and send them to hell. For the survivors we could have a mop up operation consisting of a flat bed and a trip down to the local crusher- with the occupants still inside.
Zero tolerance.

you forgot - the occupants have to pay for the 'hire' of the flat bed and fuel costs of getting to the crusher. This could make it turn a profit

Back in the days when we had a navy, ships of the line would pull alongside enemy ships and let blast with a broadside from cannon mounted on the side of the ship....
