If anyone actually heard Question Time, which he was going into when attacked, he actually put himself over very well.
If you read Tiggers thread about seriously wanting a change in the political landscape, for a party that ACTUALLY represents the views of MOST of the people in the land then UKIP is the way to vote.
He was very well applauded for all the speeches he made on Question Time, and after listening to that UKIP has gone up in my estimation greatly. He actually said what he thinks and damn the consequences - how many polititians to you see doing that at the moment! They are all too scared to be called racist, or homophobic, or anti christian, anti muslim whatever - what Kilroy said was true and he isn't frightened to say it - he is just voicing an opinion that 80%+ of the country agree with but won't admit to in public for the reasons above.
They are not just a 'one issue party', they just need to get that across to the electorate who just see them as that.
