I recieved this email from my wife today..
scarily enough some of it rings true!!!

I don't accept the "Nothing" phrase though. I push and push until I'm actually blooming well told what is up. If there's a problem, I wan't to know about it, no matter how small and inconsequential it may be.
I think "Don't worry, you can try again later" was missed off Not that I've ever heard that of course
