when i had it was working really well and about posting i used parcel force delivery, where they come to your house and collect it from there...it so well packed its unbeliveable the only way to damage it was to actually take it out of the packageing. i send like 10 parcels or more a week so i am quite use to packeing it well but never come across this.

yeah, I had a guy bid on an item, didnt pay, sent an invoice his address came us as 'anyplace, anywhere', so I just forgot about it, didnt want to waste my time following it up, just reported to ebay that he had a spoof account. B*ugger then left me negative feedback a week later, fuming! got Ebay to retract his comments after a few mails to them - yep, there are some sad people out there!

If it was damaged in the post and you didn't infact sell him a broken item - explain that you can claim through the postal service

I've had a few nutters buy things and I brought from a few nutter unfortunately!! I even got the same item 3 times once!

However, to ensure that these forums are used for their proper purpose and not abused, eBay has some basic rules that must be followed, and eBay will remove feedback in a few limited situations. If you believe that another user has left feedback for you that meets one or more of the below criteria, you should contact eBay by clicking here. If eBay agrees with you, it will remove the feedback. This process may take several weeks, though, and to limit damage you may wish to make your feedback private until the matter is resolved. Click here for details on how to make your feedback private.

Sold a Nokia Bluetooth headset to a guy on eBay a while ago - cheeky bugger decided he wanted to return it after he received it because "he'd decided that he didn't like it after all"! Expected me to take a hit on the eBay fees, and pay for his return postage too!!

I can understand wanting to return something that's faulty, or not "as advertised", but when you've seen pictures, had an accurate description, and bought the item using "buy-it-now" you'd think you'd be sure first that it's what you're after wouldn't you?!

Needless to say I told him where he could send it Never heard another word from him (didn't receive any feedback either!)...

I had one once.

I sold him my old rc helicopter, seemed like a nice guy, met him he paid said was happy, then he decided he wasnt happy because he thought the heli had been crashed at some stage! on my ad, it stated that the heli had been crashed and rebuilt, hence carbon replacement bits! plum couldnt read obviously.

he left a neg feedback and informed me he had "friends" that could sort me out, I sent him a discreet mail through his door one night "hand delivered" he soon changed his mind.

never had a problem after that, he sent me an e-mail saying sorry, which I thought was nice.
