Not sure, but presumably you'll be wanting to at the very least offset your office account charges against any interest that accrues on your client account....
Also compare costs for CHAPS, whether there's a straightforward overnight deposit facility etc....

I use HSBC.
Works out very cheap if you collect money by DD and pay by BACS/CHAPS like I do.
But thinking off it as a solicitors most of your money in will be by cheque so maybe not.
If you are a start up you could probably haggle one against the other

We have also just opened an Abbey account for our new small biz, free banking for life, of course there are limitations but we feel we will sit nicely within these. After having a biz account for 7 years with Nat West and being stung right left and centre with charges for this that and t'other, this will be a breath of fresh air.
