Default Any one watched Troy yet?

I got it out on dvd last night expecting it to be a good film along the lines of Gladiator but it was crap, the acting was poor and the film felt rushed. Any one else agree?

I saw it at the cinema, I thought it was quite good actually. Visually it was very stunning, and i thought the cinematography was spot on too. Apparently they practically built the city from scratch. Brian *** cant act though, hes played himself in every film ive seen him in!

I wasn't impressed with it either and I hate Brad Pitt. He just gets uglier every year.

Have'nt seen it quite yet, but I've seen lots of photos/pictures off the set. Unbelivebly, I'm on jury service this week, and one of the guys on there, his son was the main make-up artist on set! So lots & lots of pics. He is also working on some new advertisments at the moment. I was unsure if to belive him at first, but I've seen the photos, and his surname matches up with the credits!
