Cooking Frozen Steak
I like a good steak - a fine piece of rib eye - splendid!
Thing is I normally defrost the steak the night before from frozen but tonight I crave the rib eye.
Question is, can I just grill from frozen without risking a nasty disease or something?
I could defrost in the microwave, but this new combi convector thing has more buttons than Jensens family...
Thoughts please

Yeah you can grill it from frozen, it's hard to go wrong with beef. You can even eat it raw without contracting nasty diseases like you can with chicken.
Just use a lower temperature to start with, it'll defrost as it cooks without the outside burning.
