Snooper S6R Neo problems downloading ??
Just got a replacement through from Snooper as last one wouldn't download at all. Have tried the new one and it keeps coming up "dialling" then goes to "on hook" then "download failed" Tried calling them earlier, they told me to keep trying and if no luck ring them back on Monday.
Is anyone else having / or had the same problems ???

same problem, but with the new RA, on 2nd unit still didn't download, turns out they forgot to activate the 2nd unit before they sent it too me, once they did it worked fine

yep, gonna give up now. Thanks for the help though. Reckon it must be a fault at their end. Will find out for def. tomorrow I guess.
