Posting a tyre
I have to send a tyre down south, is it worth wrapping it up fully or do you reckon I could get away with just parcel taping the address to the tyre and leaving it unwrapped?
It's going to be easy to guess what it is anyway so I reckon I could get away without wrapping as I think that's how tyre companies send them anyhow. Would it be too easy to "get lost in the warehouse" if not wrapped
Any views?

From an ex courier worker.
Sandwich the tyre between 2 layers of cardboard and securly tape both bits together all the way around. Leaving enough space for you to write the address on the cardboard in marker. Do not al all costs forget the postcode. 99% of all firms use the postcode and don't look at the address.
