Bloody ell that's a long time to go on a sunbed !!
Couple of 3/6 minute sessions should be more than enough...

The ones you buy to use at home are rubbish. My missus used to have one and I took it to the tip in the end for similar reasons to yourself. You have to sit under them for hours to get them to work. The latest ones in tanning shops are a completely different kettle of fish and start to work after 3-4 6 minute sessions.

5 hours later in the burns unit ......................
