Default anyone good with Microsoft Project

sad i know...

...but i could do with solving this issue

I regularly use it for the basics, something i particularly need is a list of tasks that people have to do each week. I can do this using a report, but you cant send that to someone only print it :-(

Any experts out there ?

what version of office and os are you using ?

you can use http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...771031033.aspx

to print to and send.

using Win2k and office 2003. I dont want to print it at all. I just want to be able to send someone their task list (in any format not fussed) for this week etc, based on the tasks i have in MS project

Printing to this creates a sendable image

or you could use adobe if you have that

cheers printing it to Acrobat did the trick!
