Woohoo! My Chav scum neighbour is selling up!
Some of you may recall my bouncy castle thread (long story), which resulted in this chav sh!tbag assaulting me after forcing his way into our house a month ago.
Anyway, after three years (almost to the day) of:
-Arrogance and rudeness
-screaming kids playing in the middle of the road on motorised gopeds (one of them got hit by a car)
-A full size fan operated bouncy castle in the garden all day every day from june-september- VERY loud
-An (incorrect) claim by him that our driveway was actually his
-An incredibly yappy and smelly little dog that is left outside 24/7 barking
-3 battered, rusty and oil leaking fords on the driveway+road (the pride of their fleet is a K plate escort cabriolet in imperial blue-manual hood lol)
and many many other examples of general chav scum behaviour and being an ******* family from hellwhich i wont go into now:
I have just spotted their house in the paper for sale!
Bought 3 years ago for 157, now up for 352! Nice profit for a p*key.
Hopefully might have some nice neighbours now, thats if someone buys it after some of the, erm ' tasteful improvements' he has made. Hopefully it wont be a chav with a huge mortgage this time.
No real point to this thread, but it has cheered me up no end.

Good to hear that
£352K **** me which part of the country is that!!
With a £195K increase, and judging from the "typical" type of person you describe I bet they didn't spend a penny on the place, and if they did it was for the cheapest crap they could find, and bodged to finish it off.
Will it actually sell for that?
Ahh well, perhaps you could go round and help them to find buyers - get rid of them a bit quicker then!

Remember to do what you did before and clap and cheer as they are leaving and then run into you house locking all doors and windows.

erm
Yazz was 1988
Being a closet music trainspotter i suppose comes with the career...
Ali, Its in Gloucestershire- its a 3 or 4 bed detached, garage, large driveway, garden etc Was originally built on the land the Tennis courts for our house used to occupy ( this is going back 30/40 odd years mind)
Ours was valued last month at a shade over 500k (7 beds), and a similar one in the road sold for that a few months back, so it should sell, although to be honest it looks kind of out of place next to all these pre 1900 large houses. Big enough tho.
Might have to send them a bon voyage or 'dont hurry back' card
