"The earliest he can be considered for parole is four years."

Kind of makes a mockery of life sentences. Disgusting little ****** should get parole in around 400 years.

The offender was cleared in April of attempting to murder Miss Watts but was found guilty of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
I'm intrigued as how to a jury can find guilty on the GBH but not attempted murder.

Hmmm!

Wurzel, it's probably as he is a minor.

Do you think we could get him to run out into the road in front of the other ****** being discussed today?

True, but why jail him for "life" unless it actually means that

A friend of my familys son was stabbed to death last year. The trial's just finished and the bloke was jailed for life too. The family are still waiting to hear just how long that actually means.

Bit of a joke really and something the victims family shouldn't go through.

The youth, Elias Cecchetti, was tagged at the time of his attacks under an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO).
Good to see that proves Blunkett's case that tagging of offenders is the way forward to stop them committing crime! A stunning success for the power of ASBOs as well!
