Dog that thinks its a human?

Just read the story behind this......
The dog was born with a deformity and has no front legs.
She was rescued as a puppy by a couple and "taught" to stand up in the snow.
Dogs have a very good sense of balance and the fact that she didn't know what it was like to have four legs made it relatively easy for her to learn to walk on only her hind legs.

do you think that if it were possible to walk on all 4 legs again the dog would do that?
or it would be to set in its ways and just walk about on its back legs?
