Flights to edinburgh
Whats the cheapest company to get a flight from gatwick to edinburgh??
Wanna go on a friday lunch time to return sunday afternoon??

You can usually get good deals if you book early enough through easy jet. I fly quite often using them Never been to gatwick though.
Also try Ryan air if you don't mind flying to prestwick (near Glasgow) and travelling through They are pretty cheap!

It'll take longer to get to Edinburgh from Prestwick than it will to get to Prestwick from Gatwick! Check BA, last time I did the trip (and had to pay for it myself) BA was cheaper than Sleazy Jet. Depends on how far in advance you're booking really.

Easyjet and BA do cheap flights from LGW to EDI, especially if you book a few weeks in advance. Easyjet tend to be cheaper, but their check-in desk as LGW is a chaotic mess most of the time.

GNER always worth a look!
Train only takes 4.5 hours from London KX, and gets you centre to centre....by the time you've taking into account check-in, travel to both airports etc, it's not really that much slower (if at all).
