Default Avoiding tax, in theory

Hi peeps,

Strange question but....

I have a friend considering opening an internet store delivering eletronic information. All the kit etc is based in the us but the person is based in the uk. How can he avoid as much tax as possible? Offshore accounts ?

On the internet, when a transaction takes place, where is it said to occur on a legal footing ?

I'd ask a solicitor/accountant/advisor man. An hours fee is better than being told rubbish on here.

Good luck.

As for savings, I hear Switzerland is quite good....
