A bit like most of the IN designer crud. Ellesse, Gucci, Dior, Klien. All basic chinese quartz movements mass produced in the same factory as the petrol station £1.99 jobs. Stick a Chav designer branding on it and multiply the price 50 fold and braindeads buy them by the boatload. Unfortunately, some of the better brands are now moving away from mechanical movements in favour of quartz too. At the budget end there is only really Oris left making real timepieces, even Lacroix are quartz. As is much of the Tag range. I personally would never pay more than £80 for a quartz watch, even with chrono.

Yoza,

www.longislandwatch.com/Elysee_Power_XXL_80265.htm

I have one coming from Germany, bought from jeweller on Ebay new for £35.00. Like to think it is a bargain, but probably ripped off.

I thought he meant Ellesse. Not Elysee.

There's that much bad spelling on Snet I just assumed it was wrong, sorry.
