seiko kinetic watch - how to shorten strap ?
is it a trip to the jewellers ? pins look like very fine screws but the groove where yer'd think to put a screw driver is more of a score than a groove. are they really screws or just pins with a line on one end ?

Its a split pin, if I remember rightly.
Push with a fine punch, or better still a link extractor.
Always push from the unmarked end of the pin, ie split end out first, your watch should have arrows on the strap to show direction to push.
