anyone from newquay, cornwall area?
If so, Im looking for a unit/ workshop to move my business to, need about 1000sq.ft of floor space. Can you reccomend anywhere within 20 miles of Newquay? Or maybe some commercial estate agentsin your area that could be of help?
Thanks, Rob.
Thanks, Rob.

Hello Rob.
I know where you are coming from....
Ive been visting Newquay for 12 years, love the place.
Just returned from a weeks stay at Hendra, watched the surf championships off Fistral, a few beers in the Sailors, and the Newquay arms, brilliant.
Burnt to **** now though.
Hmmm wonder if I could re-locate to Newquay ?
Maybe not..
You may have seen me in my hired Renault Traffic DCI90 love bus.
How I loved being the "white van man" for a week, Mr TAINTON was on our site, ****** kept waking me up.

Hi Rob.
I'm doing the same thing, I looked at Scotland but went for Devon. I went down last week for a scout around and found loads of commercial space for very little money. A brand new 800 sqft industrial unit for 3k a year, It gets better because the rates are very cheap too, in fact they are half the price of what I pay in Stockport.
Get onto the local council website and find the person in charge of business development. They will let you know what they have available and also tell you if you are entitled to any grants. Another good idea is to advertise in the local rag because there are loads of workshops around that belong to the locals. Good luck.

Lived in the Westcountry all my life, and can safely say there are much nicer, simmilar places to Newquay. Summer there is just too much, and thats coming from a surfer of 20 years!
